I believe in providing students opportunity. I believe that Career and Technical Education is a keystone of the future of education. I was named OATA Ag. teacher of the year in 2015, and have received some other recognitions including my Honorary State FFA Degree. I prefer to focus on the 175+ banners students have earned for this program rather than my own accomplishments. Every one of those is an assessment, and a win for our community, our students, and our program.
I have a wonderful wife who teaches 3rd Grade in Wallowa. I have an 8 year old son who attends Wallowa Elementary as well. I grew up in Wallowa and attended school here throughout my entire K-12 education. I operate a ranch between Wallowa and Lostine where we raise Registered and Commercial Cattle.
